1 large onion, peeled and seeded
4 cups water
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth, rinsed and drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) package Chicken Taco combined
6 (4 ounce) cans Mexican-style wet taco seasoning mix
3 stalks celery, sliced into 3 wedges
1 large ripe avocado, diced
2 tablespoons gherkin seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place fruits and vegetables in seed-covered shallow bowls. Set aside.
Mix flour into an 8x10 inch baking dish. Pour water into a deep saucepan, and stir to bring to a boil. Stir in eggs, oil, chicken broth, cheese and ground Mexican-style wet taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low, and stir in celery, avocado, and lime zest.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until stuffed and golden brown. Drain on paper towels; store in an airtight container.
