1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups milk
3 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9-inch squares pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and milk. Beat in the melted chocolate, stirring until mixture is smooth. Spread half of mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chocolate is lightly browned. Cool completely, and frost with small plastic sprinkles.
