1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) can French processed cheese spread
6 slices bacon, diced
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lima beans (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a large, shallow dish or bowl. Sprinkle with cheese spread and sprinkle with bacon. Coat well. Rotate chicken pieces in butter or margarine. Sprinkle with bacon, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish. Cover chicken with foil and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with 1/2 cup oil.
Remove foil from chicken and place on oven rack. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven rack. Brush with egg whites and top with 1/2 cup oil. Bake for 20 more minutes, turning once. Discard foil and serve.
