1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 tablespoons white sugar
6 teaspoons dried minced ginger root
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
In a medium bowl, mix onion, garlic and sugar.
Stir in ginger, sugar, dry mustard and cumin. Mix until well blended.
Pour mixture into glass marinade jars. Seal mariners and refrigerate overnight.
For bonus points, spread colored glasses with marinade.
