1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta

1/6 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Stir in the 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon peel, 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook approximately 5 minutes, or until the mixture almost cooked. Stir in the hot and hot, cooled liquid for 2 minutes.

Spread pasta into a 9x13 inch baking dish along with 1/2 chopped leek. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake approximately 1 hour until noodles start to stick and the broth begins to get thick. At this juncture, turn bowl of heat down to medium and add 1/2 teaspoon of ice water to the pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until pasta and shell are tender.
