1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup molasses
1 cup all-purpose flour
In a small jar, mix the sugar, vinegar and white vinegar.
In a medium saucepan, mix the molasses, flour and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then remove from heat. Mix in the flour, then beat vigorously until well mixed. Pour mixture into jars of jelly.
