1 (15 ounce) can sliced strawberries, drained
1 quart cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese mixture
1 (3 ounce) package instant strawberry pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package frozen dessert mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen strawberry juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread a small amount of cream cheese mixture over each strawberry slice.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese for 1 minute. Beat cream cheese mixture for 2 minutes until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, strawberry jam, whipped topping and strawberry juice concentrate. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill pie for at least 1 hour.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
