1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, sage, marjoram, salt, pepper, chicken broth and garlic. Mix well.
Place pasta inside plastic bag; seal and shake to coat. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta for garnish and top with cheese.
Roll pasta into 1 inch cubes. Roll pasta in cheese, place in bag and seal. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight before serving.
