I submitted a similar recipe years ago and it has great flavor. This is closer to bread than a biscuit, which is good because I like bread and wanted to try new things. However, I did change the proportions on the bread ingredients, I use 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon to garnish and I used 1/2 tsp. dried thyme to perfume. I was sparing with the salt because I didn't think it needed it, but I will be making this again.

Good variety. I used some delish fresh fruit from a melons heirloom, along with the rolled oats. Im working on tweaking the flour to make it finer and so it is bouncier. I also added an extra teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of chipotle. Iry cleaned and ready to use.
