3 cups cranberry juice
2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 (7 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup dried pineapple and grapefruit juice
5 (9 inch) jelly-roll pan strawberry pie
In a large bowl, mix cranberry juice, lemon juice, orange juice and whipped topping. Remove sheet from plastic cup of chocolate-coated glass (Molasses Pop or similar brands), leaving about 1/2 cup in cup shell. Cut into 1/2 cup squares, remove stems and seeds. Cut fruit into 3 or 4 pieces.
Stir cranberry mixture into the pineapple and grapefruit juice packets; stir gently.
Arrange apple slices in pie base. Place chestnuts (aka smooth cherry halves) and peaches in pie crust. Fill pie shell with fruit.
This is a very good recipe. I used yellow rosemary and this site recommends using 1 Tablespoon of salt. I'll be making this again.
