8 ounces taco seasoning
8 ounces chopped Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon butter
In a large saucepan over medium low heat, mix taco seasoning, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir in mayonnaise and butter until a liquid is included. Remove from heat and stir in liquid, whisking periodically. Cool for about 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
