Cheese Friday Recipe

Ingredients

1 (32 ounce) can cream-style corn

1 (16 ounce) bag New York cheese parfait

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and corn. Mix well. Spread 1/2 cup filling across bottom of 8x8 inch baking dish. Place corn mixture on top crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of dish comes out clean.

After 40 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with reserved cream cheese mixture. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

And by the way, what were the origins of the images on this recipe? I did not know the originators. I was feeding the widows and orphans of the earthquake victims. This was so easy and convenient.
