1 (32 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (16 ounce) bag New York cheese parfait
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and corn. Mix well. Spread 1/2 cup filling across bottom of 8x8 inch baking dish. Place corn mixture on top crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of dish comes out clean.
After 40 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with reserved cream cheese mixture. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
This is very tasty and bombproof. A few notes: - Daylight drying takes more prep work than I thought. Thank you for sharing.
