Like many reviewers, I had trouble with the consistency. This is so good and easy, but if I would have made smaller batches, I would have waited longer to cover and refrigerate them as there is potential for spoilage. The flavor and gentle curve of this recipe are what I have come to expect from WinOxCandy. My testers said it matched their recollections accurately. It is indeed earthy and woodsy-like, almost Dickinsonian. My sister sent me this recipe years ago when I was little, and I have never before tried it. I am sure it would be wonderful if it were never removed!

I watched this video a while back and re-watched it, while making some changes, especially substitution of flour, salt and pepper. This is very tasty and will definitely be tried again.
