1 cup white sugar
1 cup sour milk
1 1/2 cups corn syrup
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 cups heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
1 (16 ounce) can chocolate popcorn
Mix sugar, sour milk, corn syrup, cornstarch, vanilla and cream. Whip with a small whisk. Fold whipped cream into sugar mixture, pour into glasses and serve.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place chocolate kernels directly on the rim of a 1 pint serving glass. Swirl popcorn onto chocolate, then cover glass. Cover with sticky bits of whipped cream at 2 inches away. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
I watched this video a while back and re-watched it, while making some changes, especially substitution of flour, salt and pepper. This is very tasty and will definitely be tried again.
