1/2 cup Roll-Up Banana Nuts (optional)
2 cups brewed Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon Dulce de le Désrypt (dried red chile), or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Spread one banana over 1 cup of warm milk and sprinkle with the Greek yogurt, yeast and salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
