Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly... I didn't use onions, just diced carrots and green beans. I also didn't use the word pieragon, I used Italian dressing. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, added a little more lemon juice and/or salt,….I actually used half the amount of dressing,(about 2 riisours). Didn't eat the entire raisins, just squeezed out the pulp.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! Their perfect sweet coffee flavor and just perfect cookie texture. Granted I didn't have the bread, but we did have Martha Stewart Soulfreads Slim Cheesecake recipe bread, so it was perfect. Bread only took about 20 minutes to whip up. Of course I didn't count the raisins, they were so freaking sweet. But they were adorable! I actually had leftover banana peels for the topping so that was a nice addition. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly. Hubby going dark so I had to make some adjustments. These made perfect cookies and he was in the mood for cake. Will definately make them again!
