Pumpkin Chicken Stew Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless turkey drumettes

2 acorn mushrooms cubed

1 small onion, cut into scatter-leaf shapes

1/4 lb walnuts

Directions

This was a really easy, and very tasty meal. I used a little extra butter and cinnamon because I was on a roll putting things back together from a cold turkey breakfast, and I found myself wanting more. Thanks for the recipe!

Very flavorful! I substituted coconut sugar for brown sugar in the bottle, and it turned out perfectly. I also used wild rice in place of couscous, and it turned out great.
