Amma's Casserole II Recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

6 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

2/3 cup margarine, melted

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups crushed jellyflavored ice

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Place eggs 1 at a time into a deep-dish wooden bowl; mix well thoroughly. Microwave egg yolks in small, small plastic bowls several more times until firm enough to hold.
