4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped celery
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine milk, pecans and celery; mix well. Fill cookie sheets with pecan mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before frosting with vanilla frosting.
