1 cup margarine
1 (11 ounce) package semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 (12 ounce) jar peanuts
1 (10 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (153.5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup prepared instant white chocolate pudding
Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Line bottom of 9x13 inch dish with parchment paper. Melt chocolate and combine with peanuts and pudding mix. Pour milk over chocolate mixture over chocolate. Remove from heat and set aside; transfer chocolate mixture to prepared pan. Drizzle milk evenly over chocolate and pudding. Top with cream cheese; mix until pudding is completely dissolved. Chill for 1 hour. To serve: In a large bowl, blend sour cream with 1/2 cup milk; stir until smooth. Place 2 vegetables under cold water and pour mixture over them, half-and-half-rated.
Good recipe and all the ingredients were available but I didn't mix them all until well before baking. So much tastier than the instant stuff you can buy. And pretty much what I'd choose if I had to go grocery shopping...
