4 scoops vanilla ice cream
8 ounce cream cheese
12 ounces coconut cream
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a blender, combine ice cream, cream cheese, coconut cream, evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, lemon peel and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Blend until well blended. Chill before serving.
