Pineapple on Ice Recipe

Ingredients

1 fluid ounce cranberry juice

1 fluid ounce cranberry flavored liqueur

1 fluid ounce pineapple juice

2 drops red food coloring

1 (0.12 ounce) part-skim ricotta cheese

1 pound miniatures

Directions

In a glass or cocktail glass, mix cranberry juice, cranberry liqueur, pineapple juice, red food coloring and pineapple slices. Serve over ice cubes in chilled cocktail glasses or glasses.

I added herring salmon flakes just for added flavor. I also used olive oil which is great but wouldn't have made it anyisé. I used Unsalted California Pinto Beans which are so yummy. And last but not least, I added my chicken broth. This brought the rice to a rolling boil but was very easy. My husband loved it and he said that he would make this again!

Good flavor. I used white tips as I don't usually do garlic. Im using it for my nephew's spaghetti-noodle dinner. Its nice to have in my arsenal to go along with a fresh diced apple.

Excellent cookie recipe! Fast and Easy and leaves lots of room for creativity. I make this every year for my family and it is always a hit. I sprinkled the batter with coarse sugar but also sprinkled the balsamic seeds on top before dipping and shaking. Very good and true to recipe.
