1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 egg whiles
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon grape liquor
2 cups crushed saltine crackers (whipped cream type)
1 small banana, sliced
In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, white sugar, 3 tablespoons butter, egg, vanilla and grape liquor. Mix until blending. Pour mixture into 12 18 buttery cups pastry shells. Chill pie in refrigerator until serving time. Refrigerate 8 hours before cracking into dessert pieces.
