French lemon épanne - lemon sticks

Ingredients

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 (5 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).

In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until light. Stir in milk. Pour egg mixture into prepared pan; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

I got tired of seeing people bring these to my place and I decided to make my own. I made sure to mill the sugar first, along with the other ingredients. Also sprinkled them with fine powder; I know it says cocoa but I didn't really have chocolates in my stash so I left it out--scrumptious!
