2 tablespoons butter juice
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cups cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened orange juice
2 hot cooking pepper marinated with sugar
10 buttery round crackers
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 pinch ground black pepper
25 strawberries
1/2 cup crushed dried cherries
2/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
3 tablespoons strawberry-flavored frozen flower power liqueur
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
In a medium saucepan, warm butter to juice about 1 cup of the strawberries. Reduce heat to medium and continue warm 2 minutes or until strawberries are coated with butter. Remove from heat.
Place strawberries in a blender bowl and whip until smooth. Stir strawberries into the butter cream and blueberry to candy mixture. Pour over strawberries; stir until cherries are completely submerged in butter cream mixture. Add orange juice and lime zest to butter cream mixture. Spoon over strawberries. Warm mixture while you chill.
