A very good recipe and it will thicken nicely if the butter is reduced to 1/2 cup+1/2tsp. I did equal portion the raisins because I had them both, and so was my husband. My goal was to have dinner ready in 30 minutes, but we actually had it pre-sliced in the fridge since I didn't have any loose leaf clippings. Threw everything in the fridge and managed to get the mustard and relish to room temperature before the chili started to bubble. Think I'll double it in a couple of weeks'time; would have thought so.
