1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 (8 ounce) can pizza sauce
1 (16 ounce) package pizza crusts, torn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, slowly cook beef in water until brown. Drain well and set aside.
In a medium skillet, add sauce. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in pizza crusts. Place pizza in a baking dish. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with pepper jack cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
