4 tablespoons olive oil
3 onions, sliced
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups fresh spinach
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon dried sage
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and celery; saute for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the spinach, rosemary, sage, bacon and cheese. Cook about 10 minutes longer. Stirring constantly, cook 15 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of mayonnaise before serving. Garnish with cheese slices.
really good! i even tried using butter but she said that it was enough for her
I used real garlic powder and didn't add any garlic dressing. This is very good but not for everyone.
