Coconut Cream Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix together cream cheese, cream cheese, pecans, and butter. Chill until smooth. Stir into the cream cheese mixture until well blended. Chill until set.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat egg and 1/2 cup whipping cream with an electric mixer or in a stand mixer or in the blender until fluffy. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture, then spread over cream cheese and pecans. Chill cream cheese mixture in refrigerator.

I have made this for many holidays; this is our family favorite! Personal preference, i use blue cheese. Otherwise perfect recipe.
