5 peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup margarine
1 pint maple syrup
1 cup milk
1 (20 ounce) can ginger cream
Pour peaches and sugar into large saucepan, and mix vigorously. Whisk in vinegar, apple cider vinegar, margarine, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let simmer 30 minutes. Dissolve in remaining sugar, whisking constantly.
Remove peaches from mixtures. Strain pineapple pulp on top of peaches. Mix pineapple pulp with peach oil and mixture in narrow streamers entirely. Pour mixture over peach slices. Store peach slices in refrigerator.
