1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced onions
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 tablespoons chili powder
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 (14 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
Place mushrooms, onions, mixed vegetables, chili powder, garlic, oregano, basil and basil leaves in large mixing bowls.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Do not cut or shred or stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Return to refrigerator before serving.
