2 cups mayonnaise
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Pour mixture into a dutch oven and brown in a hot water pan. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the browned chicken.
Place the dutch oven on broiler setting. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Broil chicken until lightly browned, about 10 minutes per side.
