1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Beat 1/2 cup oil in medium bowl. Stir together 1 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; blend into remaining 1/2 cup batter. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Beat together the 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 1/2 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Pour batter into prepared pan. Spread remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter evenly over top of brownies. Cut roll in half to fit into prepared pan. Place all the peanut butter mixture over brownies. Spread with peanut butter brownies. Cool completely. Cut into several slices.
