2 cups miso
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1, sliced onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons white sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
4 tablespoons honey
In a large saucepan, combine miso, oil, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato paste, sugar, olive oil, vinegar and garlic powder. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
