1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
salt and pepper to taste
In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, olive oil, tomato paste, basil, thyme, sage, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
