1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk, divided
3 large eggs, beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons dried parsley
2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 cups coarsely chopped onions
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 (14 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix salty mayonnaise, softened cheese, 1 cup milk, eggs, minced onion, lemon zest and 1 tablespoon lemon zest; add 1 cup biscuits. Sprinkle mixture over pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 20 minutes. Cool slightly, and sprinkle with remaining cream. Serve warm or at room temperature; do not chill.
