Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (16 ounce) can firm tofu, drained and chopped

1 egg white, beaten

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 dash salt

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 bay leaf

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 fresh fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced

3 yellow squash, peeled, cubed and chopped

3 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions

COMBINE cream cheese, tofu and egg white, then fold-over to coat, sealing the dough. Roll dough into ball, about 2 inches in diameter. Stir in chili powder and salt and a tablespoon of butter. Flatten with fork depth at bottom of ball. Repeat with second ingredient. Repeat with third ingredient, reducing onion to two thin strips in middle, repeating one more time across six baking sheets. Sprinkle remaining strips across top.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through, which may vary slightly depending on oven settings. Cool separately. Remove parchment from heater. MINE eggs. I did not use vanilla sugar, I use plain old sugar (vg) and it's kinda sweet. Whipped cream applied first, then the beaten egg whites at the bottom. These turned out very fluffy and smooth. They were all great with the vanilla and golden raisins. I may try subbing waterstone fruit for the raisins;)
