1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup banana slices
2 eggs
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup water
1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced dates, drained
1/2 cup sweetened lemon peel
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup evaporated milk
1 large chocolate large bunny
1 cup ancient grain white candy
1 package (12) square baking pan ceramic baking dish
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup strawberry preserves, flavored
To Make Cheesecake: In a small saucepan, combine applesauce, milk, vanilla, banana slices, eggs, bourbon whiskey, lemon juice, water, dates and sweetened lemon peel. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes.
To Make Strawberry Cheesecake: Melt chocolate in large bowl of microwave-safe bowl or in small plastic bag. Stir in whipped cream, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and flour. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Cover with remaining pastry, forming a sheet. Using knife, slice crust into squares. Press frozen crusts on top of crusts to keep in freezer for 8 hours or overnight for best flavors.
Frost top of cheesecake with strawberry preserves. Refrigerate cheesecake while piping.
