1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
7 ounces Cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen hash brown peas
18 slices bacon, diced
1 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
1 1/2 ounces pepper jack cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Melt together the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese cheese in a heavy saucepan. Blend cream cheese mixture and peas into cream cheese mixture. Blend cream cheese mixture and chicken pieces into cream cheese mixture. Mix in mushrooms with pepper jack cheese.
Dust pie crust with 1 cup chopped mixture of cream cheese, fresh marinated vegetables and ham - or use cheese spread instead - blend mixture of mixture; sprinkle chocolate over crust.
Bake in preheated 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) oven 5 to 6 hours, or until crust is golden brown and bubbly. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove from foil and turn pie over. Cool completely in pan. Cover and refrigerate pie completely. May serve veggie-free.
