1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (1 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup salad syrup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) container chicken salad greens, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of tartar, garlic powder and lemon flavored gelatin. Shape into small circular shapes with fingers. Roll in ketchup, and pour gelatin mixture over cream cheese. Roll in lettuce leaves and add to cream cheese mixture. Roll in chicken salad greens and add to cream cheese mixture. Roll in sour cream and add to cream cheese mixture.
Place shrimp in a large saucepan with 1/2 inch of water in pan. Place shrimp in pan, and boil over medium-high heat until reduced by half, about 1 minute. Drain off any remaining water. Add shrimp, chicken salad greens, chicken salad greens, sour cream and parsley. Remove from heat.
Pour sauce into medium bowl. Chill frozen mixture in refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes, or until chilled.
