1 cup cooked white French bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian-style linguini
1 small onion, finely diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup Swiss cheese
COOK white bread in large skillet over medium heat (10 to 12 minutes). Remove from skillet; cool and crumble.
OLD LEMEN in skillet over medium heat; saute through all oil. Add linguini, onions, mushrooms, green pepper, cheese and water, stirring just enough to combine. Continue to cook, stirring until in center, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool, transfer to serving bowl, and serve warm.
