1 (18 ounce) package strawberry jello
4 (3 ounce) packages gelatinous cherry flavored Jell-O
1 quart hot water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Leaders Corn meal, heated
1 (8 ounce) bag whipped cream
Cool gelatin in a large saucepan. Stir in the 1 quart of hot water. Let sit overnight. Add the lemonade concentrate and pecans, stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Beat in whipped cream one container at a time, stopping and adding when smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Spread top with whipped cream.
