12 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chili oil
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 cup ketchup
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
4 slices bacon, diced
1 cup chopped onions
2 (2 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add chili oil, horseradish, ketchup, corn and bacon; mix well. Cook, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until ketchup is thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
In a medium bowl, stir together tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and drizzle mixture over roast. Roll meat and vegetables into meatballs 1 1/2 inches thick. Roll meatballs in onion and bell pepper slices. Place meatballs in a large resealable plastic bag; seal and shake to coat.
I am not a very good cook yet, and I have never made waffles before. This was easy to make but does not seem to be very good. I might try it again but leave the sugar alone.
This was fantastic! My husband loved it. I will definately make it again!!
