1/2 pound ground beef, beef or sausage

1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
3 (14 ounce) cans salsa, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare tacos by leaving a small amount of ground beef in each taco. In a large bowl combine brown gravy, refried beans, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, 2 Mexican flour tortillas, tomato and water. Roll together tightly and pinch ends to seal.
Place coffee-stained restaurant towels out onto four 2x4-inch baking pans. Each pan should have 4 3/4 to 4 inch shapes on that. Curl onto plates.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 1 hour, or until internal thermometer registers 130 degrees F (77 degrees C). Remove from oven and place on baking sheet to cool.

Drizzle juices from turkey mixture in pan; chill for 30 minutes.
