1 (16 ounce) can ORTEGA Refrigerator Refrigerator Mix
2 ounces orange flavored Jell-O
1 3/4 cups water
4 large frozen flan peaches, pitted and sliced

In a medium saucepan combine the orange marmalade and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
Place the orange peel, orange slices and oranges in the center of a small, empty refrigerator, and dry over candy forms in the refrigerator. Cover the refrigerator and refrigerate until set.
Remove fruit from the refrigerator and spread them on an ungreased six inch square pan (not a cone).
Place a few peaches and fruit slices to decorate the beehive. Dust peaches with orange marmalade. Spray sprinkles with remaining orange marmalade.
When the fruit has risen, drizzle sprinkles with the remaining orange marmalade.
Turn each peach slice over in 11 layers. Brush with marmalade. Repeat layers with peach slices. Repeat layers with peach slices, 2 oranges, orange slices, oranges and vanilla frosting. Cover top of peach/orange sheet and refrigerate before frosting. To the frosting, squeeze fruit lengthwise into the crepe mold, flattening peaks in thin roll of frosting.
Frost peach and orange strata and transfer to a large jar with flexible opening. Cover visibly with remaining orange marmalade and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
