1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
6 ounces pepperjack cheese
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
6 ounces sharp processed cheese food, such as Ranch-style dressing mix
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8 inch pan with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, olive oil, Cheddar cheese, pepperjack cheese, mozzarella cheese, sharp processed cheese food, Ranch-style dressing mix and mushrooms.
In a large mixing bowl, add the peppers, oregano, basil, Italian-style seasoning, mozzarella cheese and mushrooms. Mix together and serve immediately.
I was so excited to make this. I remembered seeing it on TV but didn't pay attention.
