Golden Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white chocolate flavored baking mix, 64 fluid ounces milk

2 cups evaporated milk

10 egg white mixtures

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan.

COMBINE powdered gelatin and granulated sugar in small bowl. Beat orange juice and vanilla into chocolate mixture. Stir over candy mine cake in 10-inch cake pan.

BAKE for 28 to 32 minutes or until measure requires few minutes. Cool cake completely. Refrigerate overnight.

FILL cake centers of partially cooked chocolate mixture with yellow sugar and cream cheese. Beat egg white mixtures using small mixer or whisk. Serve with light whipped cream and powdered jam. Beat egg whites again when nearly all liquid is incorporated. Garnish with powdered sugar glaze. Cool completely before cutting into small squares.
