1 (32 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup peanut oil
6 bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
6 onions, sliced
2 Jalapeno peppers, cut into ones
In a bowl, mix beer, vinegar, peanut oil and bell peppers into a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat; up stir less with shaking spoon if mixture is too thick.
Reduce heat, whisk in. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer mixture to medium saucepan and simmer over medium heat until thickened. Squeeze in tomatoes and pour over saucepan, stirring occasionally.
