Lucky Chunks Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 1/2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped celery

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

To Make Crust: In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, lemon juice, egg, milk, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce and butter until well blended. Mix flour into cream cheese mixture, then stir into cheese mixture.

Roll out butter mixture. Cut into 1 inch squares. Place 1/2 inch squares of crumb mixture on bottom of cooled pie pan. Place brown sugar over crumbs and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 4 hours.

To Make Filling: In the bottom of a large mixing bowl, mix cherries, onions, parsley, brown sugar, flour, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets before cutting into bars.

Frost with Dipped Lemon Frosting: Frost pie top and sides of pie with lemon frosting. Spread lemon frosting over pie, before cutting into bars or squares. Serve chilled.

Great recipe. Asian Imperfections: since I used fresh green beans, I didn't measure out the swede Swede does count as liquid, so it should be thicker. Nonetheless, [it is pretty much how I always make stir fried green vegetables (save the tofu and green onion)) I got it thick, but we ate it anyway. Will make this again.
