1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed ice
1 (14 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 (13 ounce) can sweetened chocolate syrup
1 cup raisins
Beat cocoa, milk, baking soda and sugar together. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking mix and salt. Fold into cocoa mixture.
Use hands to flatten dough. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set and cut into squares. Cool completely.
Lightly oil cookie sheet. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve chilled in cups with frosting.
