1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups chopped pecans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup pistachios, pitted and quartered
1 cup white sugar
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine butter, vanilla, and pecans in small bowl. Beat cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, egg, pecans, sugar. Spread mixture evenly on bottom and side of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until cheesecake is set and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
